  • The pin adopts chromizing process to improve strength and wear resistance
  • Strict heat treatment on the pin and chain to achieve the best performance
  • Automatic detection, screening and classification of pin chain plates with upper and lower tolerances
  • Through optical screening, the dimensional accuracy is controlled within 0.005mm

  • By testing OEM parts,data such as oil leakage,lock pin clearance,friction force,and unlocking pressure are obtained for data benchmarking.
  • Redesigened the phase regulator with structural defects in the original factory through bench analysis and market feedback.
  • The phase regulator redesigned by TIMING -X  increases the service life by 30%
